This villa with a conspicuous minimalist architecture, spreads over about 200m2 and a terrace of almost 23m2.

Although at first glance flat, the roof of this building extends over three parts, with a slight slope to the outer edge of the building. It consists of a ground floor and first floor and is located on relatively flat, earthen terrain.

The most unique moment in the structure is the steel column, with a span of 9 m, which is connected to the rest of the structural elements. From slabs to steel and GL beams, for horizontal elements, to CLT walls and steel columns for vertical elements, this column represents a unique moment in which, in one place, one can see the basic ways of interconnecting most structural elements.

Additionally, the use of natural materials such as wood and steel gives the villa a modern and sleek aesthetic, while also adding to the overall structural integrity of the building. The large windows and open floor plan allow for ample natural light to flow through the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Inner walls and ceiling will be visible, for this reason, a large number of constructive connections remain hidden within the elements themselves.
