“The Lundberg Villa is an innovative and environmentally sustainable newly built villa in the green area of Margretelund in Stockholm, created by Serbian experts from Belgrade. The design is based on familiar Scandinavian forms and materials, but uses sharp, unusual details and clean lines to create a refined and modern architectural language. The project was led by Marko Dimitrijević and Milica Radojičić from the Acetra studio. They speak of their satisfaction of how the building came about. “
Sustainability and environmental principles were key factors in the creation of the villa’s conceptual design, while the design uses innovative technologies and building techniques to reduce the building’s carbon footprint and make energy usage more efficient.”
