The project includes a newly constructed commercial headquarters with associated warehouse and workshop facilities. By adding four rental offices on the first floor, the building’s volume and ceiling height— defined by the central high-storage area—are optimally utilized.

The circular building is situated in a blue-green oasis, surrounded by a winding ‘forest road.’ The project ambition for climate-friendly initiatives is evident in the choice of materials: the building features a load-bearing structure made of CLT and glulam. The interior is defined by a striking grid ceiling with load-bearing glulam beams in two directions.

The cores of the administration building are clad in dark cork, contributing positively to the acoustic indoor environment. The building’s façades are clad in wood, and even the window frames in the large glass façade are made of timber.

The extensive roof area is covered with a green ‘carpet’ of sedum and a solar panel system capable of supplying energy to the administration, warehouse, and rental spaces.
