Combining a business campus, laboratories, a start-up innovation center, housing, a communication center, and amenities such as a restaurant and kindergarten, the Innovation Part Artificial Intelligence (IPAI) transforms into not only an attractive workplace but also a destination for visitors to witness the development of world-changing technologies firsthand, interact with the creators, and understand the motivations behind their work.

Within the park, a business building with a height of 48 meters and 12 floors stands out. This project includes a business building situated within the IPAI park. Due to stringent fire safety regulations in Germany, the tall building must have a concrete core, while the rest of the structure is entirely composed of wood. The concrete core provides the main horizontal stability for the building. The project comprises 36 buildings of various purposes, covering a total area of 260,000 square meters.
